Working in the restaurant industry for over 35 years, Daniel Vézina is the Chef and the co-owner of the Laurie Raphaël restaurants in Québec City (since 1991) and Montréal (since 2007). Well known for is numerous TV, radio and newspaper contributions and his publications, he is involved in a variety of causes: health, professional teaching, cultural and social commitment.
