Don’t miss this International Maple Producers get-together in Quebec City!

Canadian and American maple syrup producers will meet November 20 and 21, 2015, for the first-ever International Maple Symposium.

Representatives from throughout Quebec’s and the world’s maple industry will all be gathering for this event. It’s a chance to raise the maple industry’s profile and spotlight the creative thinking going on throughout the industry, thanks to the extensive expertise of its leadership everywhere.

The Symposium will be a forum for discussion as well as an extraordinary opportunity for the maple industry to display its wares and achievements—a dynamic platform to tell the world what’s going on in maple production.

All talks will be simultaneously translated.

Two days, two components, two audiences

Two parallel events will run simultaneously at the Quebec City Convention Centre over the two days:

The International Maple Symposium will feature talks, debates, and panels of experts from all over the industry and is aimed at people in the maple business. Discussion and networking forums will also feature prominently.

The Érable en ville Salon will run concurrently for the general public as well as maple producers and industry stakeholders. Fifty-plus exhibitors will introduce visitors to the many faces of maple and more. It will also be the perfect place to get started on or finish up holiday purchases, and there will be demonstrations of sugaring equipment, product samples, cooking workshops, entertainment and information activities, a chefs’ debate, shows, family fun, and more to round out the experience.
