François Roberge

Honorary Patron

François Roberge is the visionary entrepreneur behind La Vie en Rose, an international network of 320 stores, about a third of which are outside the country. He is also a maple syrup producer. His La Cabane Rose Sugarbush in the Eastern Townships near Brome Lake takes advantage of all possible channels to market its products. In addition to sales at the sugarbush and through his online store, François operates through Maple Masters like Fabrique Arhoma in the heart of Montreal, and with authorized Federation suppliers. François is a graduate of the Sainte-Croix-de-Lotbinière School of Agriculture and an old hand at international trade, and has generously accepted the role of the honorary patron of the International Maple Symposium. He will speak at the opening of the proceedings, and we invite you to come and discuss things with this dedicated champion of all things maple.

A program to meet the needs and interests of everyone in the business, from producers to processors, equipment suppliers, distributors, and exporters, whatever the size of their operation. Every link in the Quebec, Canadian, and international maple production chain is invited to join in this first-ever industry-wide gathering.

Recognized, authoritative speakers, maple experts, recognized panelists, and leaders in their fields will take the floor for this first-ever International Maple Symposium. It’s a must-attend event for anyone who cares about the future of maple production.

All talks will be simultaneously translated.
