Daniel Vézina is honoring us by accepting to be the spokesman of the Salon Érable en ville, hence supporting the whole Maple Industry in Québec.
Booths, talks, sample tastings, demonstrations, and entertainment will all be part of the exhibition along with educational and training sessions.
The Érable en ville Salon will also be an outstanding opportunity for visitors to get to know or purchase Quebec products from local businesses active in a variety of subsidiary industries. Plenty of original maple crafts, maple products, and other one-of-a-kind gift ideas will be there to explore.
Maple production equipment displays will illustrate the maple industry’s technological creativity for visitors. And in the middle of the site, a big central stage will host an array family activities and entertainment for audiences of all ages.
